Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. Representative Eastman objected. Representative Claman rose to a point of order regarding confining remarks to the motion before the body. The Speaker directed the member to confine remarks to the effective date. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. 2022-05-18 House Journal Page 3133 The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (May 18). CCS HB 281 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
